For Architectural Review Committee submissions, please note that the committee has, per the covenants, 17 days to issue an approval or denial. No work can proceed until fully approved.

For title/closing requests, please include the following:

• Full legal description of the property being transferred
  
• Complete copies of any relevant legal documents must be mailed to the USHOA P.O. Box address listed at the left.
  
• The seller's post-transaction contact information
  
• The full name of the buyer
  
• The mailing address and email address where the closing letter should be sent.

Please note that effective August 1, 2016 all requests for title/closing letters will incur a $50 processing fee. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for processing.
