2025 HOMEOWNER'S DUES

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

All roof shingles must be a Weathered Wood color!

If you are planning a project like a new fence, new roof, or painting your house, please contact Trey Glidden, 918-625-5071,  at least 3 weeks before beginning to ensure that your improvements are within the guidelines of our Covenants and Bylaws.  Please remember that we aren't looking to say "no", but we do want to keep all of our property values high by maintaining a consistent, coherent look to all of the homes in our neighborhood.

Please remember that per our bylaws, all roof shingles must be "weathered wood" in color.

TRASH PICK-UP REMINDERS

The City of Broken Arrow serves our neighborhood on Wednesdays.  On weeks with a Monday holiday, pick-up happens on Thursday.  Please remember that trash should not be placed on the curb before dark on the day preceding pick up.  This helps keep our neighborhood looking nicer than having trash out longer than necessary.
